Born and raised in Israel, Gal went to boarding school and leadership school. During his early 20s he became an officer and a commander in the IDF Special Forces before studying Computer Science and MGMT and becoming the Global Account Manager in London for the silicone valley based company NICE SYS . He then conducted private studies of behaviourism, identity and practical philosophy in 60-70 countries (Integral Philosophy with Ken Wilber and practical studies of behaviorism at the Demartini Institute). In 2011 Gal founded the Stiglitz School of Leadership + Creativity in London as a platform for the study of Identity, fulfilled living and entrepreneurship, launching the G360 which is a new holistic version of Executive MBA for creative entrepreneurs and visionary thinkers.
?!X: What’s the Future You Choose?
GS: I choose a future where we choose not to be ignorant of our past, a future where we are being present and more aware of our own unique identity. A future where we embrace our differences and choose to enjoy and learn from them. A future where more and more people doing what they love and loving what they do.

GS: The act of listening to the current needs of our society and our communities. To create a new model in private education that will lead and pioneer the modern education. Where students are intrigue to learn about their identity and will enrich them with empowering insights to make better choices for their lives. I am committed to create this future through The School of Leadership + Creativity.

GS: My pledge is that we will choose to dedicate our life to the learning experience, choose not take anything for granted and come up with new bold powerful questions about everything and anything.
