?!X: What’s the Future You Choose?
VF: The future I choose is a healthier one. Organic, free range and natural foods are more accessible. The future is greener in everything we do, choose, create, see and live in. We are on each others side, we inspire each other and help each other. The future I choose is about paying it forward!
?!X: What’s a ‘think’ to create this future?
?!X: What’s an ‘act’ to create the future you choose
VF: I believe in making. Make as much as you can – it means so much more. My craft company I co-found uses recycled objects making them into new, quirky products. Make your Christmas presents this year, it means a lot more to people when you tell them you made in yourself! Upcycle your old clothes and make bags, cushions, table runners, chair covers, new clothing. Think of the money you’ll save as well as your contribution to the future you are creating!
?!X: What’s a ‘vote’ to create the future you choose?
VF: Sustainable Food is a brilliant website about how eating sustainable foods is not only good for us but contributing to a better planet. Eating the right food is such a complex system and every day we are told what we can and can’t eat, but if we knew exactly what is in the products we are putting into our mouths we can contribute to not only our future but the future of others.
?!X: Future Soundtrack – What song would you take with you into the future?
VF: Red Hot Chilli Peppers – Under The Bridge.
?!X: Can you share with us up to 5 weblinks that you find interesting and inspiring?
