In case you missed Think Act Vote Refashioned, we challenged eight leading ethical designers to either customise the t-shirt, or turn it into a show piece using only leftover fabric from their previous collections. They only had a week to design and produce their pieces.

The designers that took part were Junky Styling, Ada Zanditon, Ciel, Beautiful Soul, Tara Starlet, Traid Remade, Nancy Dee and Miksani.

The idea behind this was to encourage creativity and show how you can use fashion to express yourself and a message. It’s interesting to see what you can do with a simple t-shirt.

The designers that took part in the customization, also provided instructions of how you can do it yourself, which we will soon be sharing with you.

The show pieces were made using only a Think Act Vote t-shirt and off cuts from their collections, so the idea being that they would create something beautiful out of waste fabric.
