About this interview:

How do we protect the parts of us that can still listen, love and imagine?

What if caring for your brain is not just about ageing well, but about staying available to life?

In a world designed to fracture our attention, exhaust our nervous systems and pull us into stories of separation, this solo episode is a call to protect what makes us most human: our memory, imagination, movement, creativity, recognition, intuition, love and capacity to belong.

Amisha speaks to the quiet emergency of our times, not only the crises we see in the world, but the ways our bodies, brains and spirits are being shaped by speed, fear, isolation, digital overwhelm and disconnection from the living Earth.

This is an invitation to return to the ordinary sacred practices that keep us alive to life, to choose belonging as a radical act, and to protect our brain health as deep work of this time.

A transmission for anyone who feels the pull to numb out, but still longs to listen. For anyone who wants to stay tender without collapsing, awake without burning out, and human enough to hear what the future is asking.

Because the future needs more than our ideas. It needs our presence. Our attention. Our courage. Our vision. Our well-tended instruments of love, memory, creativity, intuition and imagination.

“And so protecting our brain is ordinary and sacred. It’s walking, it’s dancing, it’s strength training with weights, it’s sleeping well, and friendships. It’s learning and reading and eating food from the earth. It’s protecting our hearing and our sight. It’s tending to grief. It’s keeping wonder alive.” Amisha Tala Oak
