“All the plants, they’re all different, they all have their own way of being. So you can begin to just feel into the plant. Because the plant’s communicating… The more you are open to that electromagnetic exchange of information and the current becomes clear, then you start to be much more receptive.” Jemma Foster

About this interview:

This TIMELESS episode revisits a conversation with Jemma Foster on alchemy, plant consciousness and vibrational medicine. Jemma speaks about the different frequencies that foods have, the electromagnetic field of plants, and tuning into the frequency of plants.

Jemma and Amisha discuss the impact of having a strong intention when preparing and consuming food, and about the importance of having awareness and finding balance between what is considered ideal and what might be supportive in a specific context. Jemma also speaks about the power of essential oils and flower essences, and touches on some of the research that has been done on plant neurobiology and the senses of plants.

Jemma reminds us of the importance of tuning into plants, listening to plants, and how these can be powerful ways of connecting to nature. In this episode we also hear the sound of a Calathea Musaica, thanks to the use of a device that helps to hear the sound of plants, that is gently accompanying and participating in this beautiful conversation.

This episode invites us to develop our own personal relationships with the plants, remedies and foods that surround us.

“There’s also bringing that awareness into the food you eat too. So it’s not just the nutritional value, but also the energetic properties that it has. It’s like they’re like a package of infinite potential. And it’s about the intention and how you guide and direct that as to what you’re wanting to work with the plant on.” Jemma Foster
